Harrison works especially well for soccer trips, Newark events and Lower Manhattan access, while its waterfront parks and industrial-to-transit transformation give visitors more to explore than a station-and-stadium stop.

Harrison + Newark

Downtown Newark is directly across the Passaic River. Visitors can combine Harrison with Prudential Center, NJPAC, Newark Penn Station and the Ironbound, but NJTGO keeps those attractions clearly identified as outside Harrison.

Getting Around

PATH is the defining visitor connection. I-280 provides highway access, while Newark Penn Station expands rail and bus options nearby. Harrison is compact, but stadium events and ongoing redevelopment can affect driving and parking, so transit is often the simplest choice for major events.
